1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your purchase is complete.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery within 3–7 business days across most cities in India.

• Metro cities may receive faster delivery. Remote or rural locations may take longer.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected orders (as per promotional offers).

• For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.

• COD charges may apply and will be visible at checkout.

• Please ensure someone is available to accept and pay for the delivery.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.

6. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

• For any assistance with tracking, please contact our support team.

7. Delays & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.

• However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues promptly.
