All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours from our warehouse in India. Delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier service. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer. All orders come with a tracking ID so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

We offer a replacement policy that allows you to exchange your dress for another piece from our collection. The replacement can be made for a different size, style, or design, depending on availability.

Please note that the replacement must be requested within the mentioned time frame and the original piece should be in its unused, original condition with all tags intact. Once we receive the returned item, you can select any other dress of your choice from our collection as your replacement.
